For your convenience, we will gladly accept returns of unworn and/or unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery; excluding clearance items, electronic equipment and custom work.
Custom work includes but is not limited to the following items, which may only be exchanged if defective:
- Non-Stock Readywear Items
- Concert Dresses
- MTO and Digital Print Flags
- Core Elements Wear
- Nylon Rainwear
- Electronic Equipment
All returns are subject to a 20% or $200 (whichever is the lesser amount) restocking fee and all items must be turned in their original packing; returns will be refunded to the original purchasing method or an account credit. Exchanges may be made for items which are defective within 90 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all delivery charges for on non-defective items. Should a replacement item not be available for a defective item, we will refund the purchase price including shipping or substitute for a comparable item. No exchange or return will be accepted without an accompanying return number, call your dealer ahead of time to receive your RMA number.
